((((Mary)))) Sorry to hear that you are having such a rough go of all of this.
Sounds like to me that you have lost your most powerful coping mechanism. . . a physical activity that gives you great release. That is allowing your normal stressors and new ones, all things BL related ~ to build up.
If you aren't able to find something to replace that coping skill then I would not hesitate to turn to either therapy or medication or a combination of the two.
I can remember a time that I was struggling with anxiety/anger/frustration (whatever ya wanna call it ;) and I was unable to break out of it. I took a mild dosage of Sarafem (prozac) and it was very obvious to me the difference it made. It evened out my mood without making me feel 'druggy.' Other medications work for people, that is the one I took.
It is a vicious cycle to get into. . frustration/aggrivation/anger. . . it can easily turn to depression and lashing out at those around us.
You deserve to feel better NOW. It's worth a try. If medication doesn't help you, you can stop taking it, right? :) Most doctors are not going to ask you if you need this type of help ~ you are going to have to pursue it for yourself.
