New nurse came to day. What a difference. She agreed to change the dressing as soon as she saw it. She said she didn't think it was infected, but said that the stuff coming out makes the skin itch really badly, and that the longer it is left the more irritated it will become. The dressing should have been changed yesterday. After a few days of that gunk coming out, it feels a lot better now.
Today's nurse was accompanied by another nurse training to be a home nurse. Both were just wonderful... I have no clue what happened yesterday. I hope I don't get yesterdays nurse back.
