Sounds like they should have left the stitches in even longer! Ouch. A hole in your leg is scary. I hope it heals quickly and you don't have to go back in (and they go back in). Maybe the skin is too beat up from your scarring, but who wants another incision and scar in such tight quarters on an ankle?
