It happened today. It's exhausting and it also interfered with my exercises big time. By the time I got home it was 6:00, time for PT, and I didn't go. I would have then gotten home at 8:00, still had to make dinner, eat, clean up, take shower, then it would have been time for bed. I think tomorrow I am just going to make time during work to get up every hour or so and stretch it out a little and do a few exercises. Otherwise, I can see me being stuck right like I am forever. Other than that it was okay. The drive was a little much but I guess my ankle will get used to that in time.
