This is so close it's scary. I got a spiral fx in my fibula on Feb. 6th, 6 weeks ago to the day, playing hockey. I got checked from behind and missed playoffs. I got a plate and 7 screws put in four days later, and have been on crutches ever since with a walking boot, but no weight bearing. I go to the doc next friday, and i hope i can start walking on it then. I'm sure we'll be able to skate again, hang in there, i feel for you. Wish me luck.
