I slipped on the steps in early Sept and fx the fibula in my r leg. Had a plate and seven screws put in and just started wt bearing late on Monday of this week.My leg is really aching and even though it has been 4 days I still cant put full weight on it-I have an air splint and crutch-I also have a painful and numb area on the opposite side of my leg from the fx. That area really aches at night, especially when
the bed presses on the back of my calf-has anyone had similar experiences? Who knew a little fx could be so incapacitating.I guess we just need to hang in. Thanks, Maureen
