I broke my leg on sept. 16th( playing soccer with my kids). Broke both the bones just above the ankle also. The plate on the inside of my ankle (over the anklebone) hurts alot. My doctor says that after a year I may be able to have it removed. I dont like the prospect of that, but may not have a choice. Anyway good luck to all!
