Sorry you are down on the couch. Me too...about 2 months ago. I didn't have he ordeal at the hospital like you did but I can understand your frustration.

The 'shocks' you mentioned the other day....I had them too. I was told they are the nerves regenerating so it seems like that's a good thing. They went away for me. I was a dislocater too and my PT folks say that really makes a mess of the nerves and other soft tissue. I'm still pretty numb/tingly on the top of my foot.

So, hang in there. You will get better daily. Sounds like you have a lot going on with kids, etc. As hard as it is to ask for help...now is a good time to find out who your friends really are. It's hard but you'll need the help.
