I slept pretty good last night, I only woke up once but it was to see my knee bent, I was very excited. It didn't take me too long to get out of bed this morning, I was able to stand up with ease. Still painful, but not shockingly so. Today is more my "mental day" if anything. I keep asking myself why did I do this, why am I once again sitting trapped in my house with staples in my leg. To top it off- I live in New Orleans and its a huge party down here right now, with the Saints winning the Super Bowl and Mardi Gras on Tuesday. I am also wondering if I should remove the apparatus and screws in my left knee, it has always hurt worse than my right leg and I have always wanted it out, but now that I know what it means to get metal and screws out, do I go through it all again, just to be metal free? Does metal free mean pain free?
