Annie_L : Don't put me down

The sun is shining, spring is here, I am driving again, getting my confidence and feeling me again. All good. So I go to the NHS physio and she's not happy. My daily knee routine now is this- prior to getting up, ankle stretches & rotations. Walk slowly to the bathroom, making sure I am standing straight and thinking through every step. After shower, knee excercised using my fit ball. Then later in the day, I'll be using my pedaller for 20 minutes, pendulum swings, stretches, a try out on my exercise bike, knee bends. I stil think about every step I take and try to make sure I am walking correctly. Later on, massage and more passive exercises. But apparently, this isn't enough. Yes, I know I should be further on than the 90 degree bend I have at present, but I have bruises on my leg from massaging it so hard. I've been told to start swimming - which I hate and there are so few sessions that I can get to at my local pool. This isn't constructive critism, this is a put down.
