Hi Tom,

I was just going to get some advice on this very same subject from my friend Annie, but you answered it before I could ask it. It made sense to me to use the Darth as little as possible around the house for the natural movements and so on you get with out it. I just did my PT excercises this morning, and I was going to put the Darth on and thought "now I'm putting this thing on to restrict the movement I worked so hard just now to get!" So I'm walking around Darthless with two crutches (for now) and actually feel better. But you are right, when I go out into dangerous territory (the real word) I will Darth it up for protection more than anything. I can't put a sneaker on yet, but socks work just fine with me for now. Thanks for your input. 10+ weeks and counting.
