What a wonderful post, Annie!!!! When I've been out for my 30-60 minute walks, I want to try a few jog steps (I'm no distance runner but have always been very quick on the sprint). But, the leg is not ready yet, so I'll settle for some power walking until it is.

Those endorphins are flowing through you!!! Yeah! Keep on runnin'!
