Every day, three times a week like you, they push and pull. I hate that darn circle board where the ankle has to do serious work. It hurts, but it's ooooh so good for you. The dancing bear routine on the balance board is great fun too. I look forward to the bike. It's relatively easy. You'll find new and exciting muscles and tendons as you go along. Have you done stand on the bad foot toe balances yet (no hands)? They're an experience. Push those muscles!
