well i am now day ten into my broken fibula and it feels like the end of the world!

i fell down the stairs for no particular reason, i am inclined to think that i slipped on my sock. badly twisted my leeg and ankle as i fell.

the next day a trip to the hospital revealed my broken bone in two places (i add that in for good measure!)

was in a plaster back cast for a week and have now upgraded to a full cast and still NWB. i feel very much in the dark with regards to my expected recovery, the hospital and doctors have given little information of whether i will need surgery how long il have plaster etc.

i return to the OS next monday for a further x-ray i suppose we will all know more then!
