anyway,
I have an appointment with my doctor in 2 days... I think I must be bending my knee about 30degrees as I have been bending and stretching every day (even though he said not to) as it feels ok and I really am concerned about the total lack of bending for so long

it will be interesting to hear what he says

yes I did have a nasty break, and graft and hardware, but even so, I cant believe that it should be 8 weeks without ANY movement, it just seems too conservative to me

anyway, i will update you guys after my appointment on wednesday
