I would get yourself into the doctor for a bone density test ASAP. You should not be breaking bones that easily.....I did and found out that I have severe osteopenia (borderline osteoporosis). I am now on Actonel for building bone density. I was only 38 at the time of my break but my doctor said my bone broke like that of a 78-year-old. Let me know....
