Hi Andrea - I can relate to everything you say. I had no idea how my life would be turned upside down when I left home to help a friend move house. A few hours later I was in hospital getting my leg set in plaster while I waited for an operation. I can relate to how everyday things become almost impossible -i can't even dress myself as I cannot reach my toes to get my boxer shorts onto my leg! Embarrassing to have to ask for help but I am quickly learning pride goes out of the window when you break your leg (and rupture a tendon for good measure) and end up in a huge full leg plaster backslab cast. Best wishes for your recovery.
