Thanks Chris! The exercises are great and I have started to do some of them. I am great at static quads and can do straight leg lifts. I can also touch my toes and my leg is flat on the bed so ROM is nearly at 0. My problem remains bending - just cannot get past a certain point and it really feels something is stuck. Scar tissue? Meniscus tear? It is agony if I push it. Knee is still very swollen on the medial side too.
Just reread my post from a few days ago and I sound such a whiner.Was obviously a bad day when I posted - I am not always like that.
