You lucky dog ! I also broke my tib/fib and have a titanium rod and screws. It's been 6 weeks and I still have this crummy fiberglass cast that eats holes in my ankles. My doctor wants me to do a little weight bearing, but my cast hurts me more than my leg does now. It's kind of a love/hate relationship. I hate it because it hurts but I love it because I know my leg is stable and I'm not gonna injure it. was it weird to lose the cast and see your leg?
