Started 6 May 2012. FEMUR FX (surgery with HW) (Arm FX) I fell down the stairs wearing slippery socks... Started 2 May 2012 I was turkey hunting. As I was walking down a logging road on new loose dirt, I started to slip... Started 25 Apr 2012 I fell off a mezzanine in a commercial warehouse at work... |
